Later homes have copper wiring and sound panels, but they were sized for a house without an EV charger, a pool heater, or a second air handler. A load calculation tells you what the service can still carry.

Permits are filed with the City of Coral Springs Building Division. When a permit is required, we pull it, coordinate the FPL disconnect and reconnect on service changes, and attend the inspection ourselves.
Parkland housing is newer and larger than most of Broward, and the electrical calls follow: EV chargers, pool and spa equipment, outdoor kitchens, generators, and the occasional addition that pushes a 200A service to its limit.
